TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Non Refundable Deposit:

A non-refundable deposit of 50% will be taken at the time of booking. Cancellations received later than 12 noon 7 days prior to the date of arrival are liable for 100% cancellaton charge. We would advise that holiday insurance be taken out in order to cover any unforeseen events.
During the Corona Virus Pandemic, we will continue with our standard terms and conditions, however if your booking needs to be cancelled at any time in relation to COVID19, we will retain your deposit so that you can use it in the future. Please note we will not be able to offer any refunds.

Check In / Out Policy:

Check in is between 4pm – 6pm, and checkout by 10:30am. For any check in’s after 6pm, please note we can offer a self check in service. Alternatively the castle manager’s contact number is located on the front door and can be reached to assist with check in if after hours. Any check out’s later than 10:30am will need to be agreed with the manager and may incur a late check out fee.

Children:

The minimum age for children staying is 14 years unless booked out for exclusive use.

Pets:

No pets are allowed at the property.
