Terms & Conditions of Booking:
A non-refundable deposit of £100 per room, per night is required at the time of booking. Cancellations received later than 12 noon 7 days prior to the date of arrival are liable for 100‰ cancellation charge unless we are able to re-let the room to another guest. We would advise that holiday insurance be taken out in order to cover any unforeseen events.
